2nd, 3rd & 6th Grade: $550

4th & 5th Grade: $850

PAYMENT DUE DATES

· August 20 — $200 deposit due

· September 8 — $100 uniform payment due

· September 20 — Remaining balance due

Payments are made via Zelle. Send payment to: (309) 275-8637 (Coach John Jones) please include: Player's full name, Player's grade, payment type (deposit, uniform, or balance).

After payment, text your Zelle confirmation screenshot to (309) 275-8637 as proof of payment. Your registration is not confirmed until proof of payment is received by Coach Jones.
